Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and 37 copies of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56.
This Application requests deletion of certain interim requirements relating to Scram Discharge Volume Monitoring Systems and Automatic Air Dump Systems,
upon the completion of certain permanent modifications to the Peach Bottom facility.
Pursuant to Sect.a n 170.12 of the Commission's regulations, there is enclosed a check payable to the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $4,400 to cover the filing fee for this Application.
