'venors' Interrogatorles To NRC Staff" filed by Congressman Dellums on March 16,1981. The responses were prepared by the undesigned counsel for
_the Staff.
Interrogatory 1 Provide a summary of the testimony to be presented by Robert H. Morris, Darrell G. Herd and Earl E. Brabb.
Response
The Staff intends to file written _ testimony by the three named USG3 employees
'"in this proceeding. The testimony will be relatively brief, setting forth the position of each individual with the USGS, his area (s) of expertise, his role in the review of the GETR and a summary of his conclusions. The substantive
. portion of their testimony containing an analysis of the site geology and
- conclusions is ' contained in Appendix B to_ the May 23, 1980 Staff SER for this proceeding,.which we have previously provided you.
