NRC STAFF RESPONSE TO DOCUMENT REQUEST OF CONGRESSf1AN DELLU*tS Pursuant to the Board's Memorandum and Order dated February 3,1981, the 1
NRC Staff provides the following responses to the " Supplemental Document Request To NRC Staff" dated fiarch 16, 1981, submitted by Congressman Dellums.
1.
There are no reports as yet which have been submitted by Woodward-Clyde Consultants pursuant to the referenced cortract.
2 and 3.
The Staff continues to maintain its objection to the requests to the extent that they seek information regardinq the USGS review of reactors other than the GETR.
Nevertheless, the Staff is enclosing a copy of a Memorandum of Understanding between the AEC (NRC) and the USGS dated August 8, 1974, which indicates the cooperation existing between the USGS and the AEC (NRC).
Also enclosed is a copy of a letter dated Septenter 16, 1980 from the NRC to i
the USGS wherein the USGS entered into an agreement with the NRC to provide technical assistance with respect to the GETR review.

Enclosed is a copy of-a Lawrence Livermore Laboratory (LLL) report dated December 1980 entitled " Reports Generated by the Siesnic Safety Margins Research Program", which contains a listing of referenced reports.
