Public Service Company of Colorado Fort St. Vrain Occket No. 50-267 License No. OPR-34 NOTICE OF VIOLATION Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted during the period of December 1 - December 31, 1980, and in accordance with the Interim Enforce-ment Policy, 45 FR 66754 (October 7,1980), the following violation was identified:
Technical Specification SR 5.7.2.(b) requires that the fuel storage facility cooling system flow indicators, and flow and temperature alarms be calibrated and functionally tested ann. ally.
Contrary to the above, on December 22, 15530, it was determined that the required surveillance had not been performeo eince August 28, 1979,
-even though fuel was stored in feel storage well No. 5.
This is a severity level-IV violation (Supplement I.D.2).
Since corrective action was.taken and completed during the inspection, Public Service Company of Colorado is not required to submit to this office, a written statement or explanation in reply to this notice.
