Dear Mr. Abel:
By letter dated October 28, 1976 Commonwealth Edison Company (CECO) proposed to amend the Technical Specifications to Facility Operating Licenses DPR-29 and DPR-30 in order to authorize operation with one automatic depressurization valve out of service for up to 30 days.
By letter dated January 5,1977 the NRC requested that CECO submit additional information related to your proposal so that we could continue our review.
We have not received the requested information and have been infomed that CECO considers the proposed action to be of low priority.
Accordingly, we no longer classify your request to be under active review and consider it withdrawn.
