NOTICE OF CHANGE OF LOCATION OF PUBLIC HEARING On January 29, 1981 the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board entered an order reconvening an evidentiary hearing in this proceeding on February 24, 1981 in the auditorium of the Public Library of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The Board has now been advised that due to the size and design of the auditoriu:t it will be difficult to provide adequate tcble space for counsel and seating for the members of the public who are expected to attend the public hearing.
