SUMMARY
OF OPERATING EXPERIENCES JANUARY 1981 During this reporting period, the unit operated at near 100%
rated thermal power for the first 16 days.
On January 17, 1981 a worker inadvertantly tripped a breaker on the UPS which caused the plant to scram.
During this outage period, it was decided to perform the scheduled snubber inspection and maintenance that was planned for February.
The inspection and maintenance work was completed on January 26 and the unit was put back on line with power being increased at the p:s-conditioning rate.
