Dear Mr. Cavanaugh:
We have reviewed your response dated June 18, 1980, to IE Bulletin 80-06 concerning Engineering Safety Features Reset Controls Deficiencies.
In order to complete our review, we need additional information.
As we discussed with your staff by telephone on January 7,1981, we request you provide a written response within two weeks from receipt of this letter to the following:
1.
Describe, in a narrative manner, the modifications implemented in ANO-1, and the modifications to be' implemented in ANO-2.
2.
Indicate whether the ANO-1 modifications were verified through testing, and when this was complete.
3.
Indicate a comitment to verify ANO-2 modifications through testing, and expected completion date.
Please provide a direct copy to: Mr. Don Laudenbach, EG&G, Box 204, San Ramon, California 94583.
