By application dated April 11, 1980 (Change Request 92), your Company requested the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation to review a proposed change relating to temperature detectors for Three Mile Island 1.

With this application, a Class II fee of $1,200 was remitted to us under the provisions of 10 CFR 170.22.

In a letter dated November 17, 1980, we informed your Company that this application had been determined to involve fee Class III ($4,000), and requested that you submit an additional $2,800. This additional amount has not been received by us; therefore, is should be remitted to this office within fifteen days after your receipt of this letter.
