As a result of this inspection, it appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in full compliance with the regh-ments of the AEC's "S*mnasmis for Protection Aesinst Radiation,"
Part 20, Title 10, Code of Federal BeEulstions, in that contrary to Plaragraph 20.201(b), "Burw:ys," the survey enna'v ted on Septe:n-ber 12, 1967, was inadequate to evaluate the radiation hazardc incideszt to the temporary repair of a leak in the ruptured dia-phrass in the air ejector off-sts syston. In this regaztl, we note that your operating and adrainistzstive procedures are not emplete in that they do not contAin adequate instructima relative to your evaluation of radiation hazards in hiGh radiation art:as prior to the perfonnance of operations in those areas.
