130.0 STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING BRAFCH 130.26 h:e tornado-generated missiles which you have considered in the design (3.5.1.4) of seismic Category I structures, as listed in FSAR Table 3.5-9, are not consistent with the missiles specified by Standard Review Plan 3.5.1.4.

Specifically, your design has not considered the three steel pipe missiles with diameters of three inches, six inches and twelve inches. Provide justification for this omission, or provide i

evaluations of your tornado missile barriers for th':se three steel pipes.

In addition, you should demonstrate that the vents used to reduce the differential pressure in Category I structures, and oti^er t

I necessary vents, intakes and exhausts, can resist postulated missi,'e impacts.

d 130.27 Provide the following data useo in seismic analysis of the containment (3.7,3.8) structures:

(1) Lump mass models (2) Stiffness value for each member (3) Mass at each node point (4) Spring constraints (Ko, Co. Kx, Cx, Ky Cy)

(5) Seismic inputs of the modified Taft N21E 7952 record i
