Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 IGSCC Investigation / Bulletin 79-17 Our previous response, submitted October 14, 1980 (TLL 514), stated an interim report would be submitted by November 14, 1980 listing the welds with required corrective 2ctions completed from the IGSCC repair program submitted previously.
To date, six (6) welds remain on the repair / replacement list.
It is anticipated that these welds will be completed by the end of the year. Attached is a summary of corrective actions completed to date.

- Deletions based upon nondestructive examinations / reinvestigations discussed at on-site meeting with NRR 4/17/80. Deleted welds will be included in the surveillance program discussed in our previous submittal March 31, 1980 (TLL 136).
- Weld identified M-40 in original list.
