SAFEGUARDS CONTINGENCY PLAN This is to notify you of our acceptance of the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station Safeguards Contingency Plan submitted by your letter dated August 18, 1980.
The Safeguards Contingency Plan shall be fully implemented upon the receipt of the operating license. When issued, the facility operating licenses will include a licensing condition similar to the sample statement in the enclosure.
The enclosure to your letter contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d) and is therefore being withheld from public disclosure.

SAMPLE LICENSE CONDITION The licensee shall fully implement and maintaia in effect all provisions of the Comission-approved Safeguards Contingency Plan, including amend-ments and changes made pursuant to the authority of 10 CFR 50.54(p). The approved Contingency Plan, which was submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 73.40, consists of documents withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d) and is identified as "Commanche Peak Steam Electric Station Safeguards Contingency Plan" dated August 22, 1930.
