Dear Mr. Miller:
Per your request, this is to clarify NBS's letter to Dr. Harold Denton, dated December 2, 1980. NBS is requesting both an amendment to it's license to increase the authorized power level to 20 MWt, as well as a renewal of the license for a period of 20 years from the date of issuance of the renewed license.
