The Commission's Office of the Controller has been authorized to refund the Class II ($1,200) and. Class I ($400) license amendment fees for Hatch 1 and Hatch 2 which were sent with your application dated October 15, 1980, relating to.a review of the FSAR revisions.
The refund will be sent te you within approximately two weeks.
The refund has been authorized because the Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) review taff has advised us that their review of these FSAR revisions is not necessary.
