Edison Company (the licensee), which revised the Technical Specifications for operation of the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1 (the facility) located near Plymouth, Massachusetts. The amendment was effective from i
.0ctober 31, 1980 through November 7,1980.
This amendment changes the Technical Specifications to make provisions for temporary relief from the Limiting Condition of Operation in Technical Specification Section 3.5.B concerning operability of the Salt Service Water System. This relief is granted from October 31, 1980 through November.7, 1980.
