The fellcwing lead times most be met if cur evaluaticns are to be ccmpletec en a schedule censistent with your schecule fer performing tests and preceeding with the pcwer ascension procram above 5* cf full pcwer.

Precedures for ccccuctina the Special Low Power Test Program must Fe submitted at least 4 wesks pricr to authorization tc perform the tests.

Emergency precedures prepared in accordance with the applicable cuidelines must be submitted at least seven weeks prior te completing our review; procedures walk-thrcuchs in a simulator and in ycur control room cust be completed at least 2 weeks prior to issuance of a full power operating license.

3.

The alts of the Special Lcw Pcwer Test Program must be submitted for N review 2 weeks prior to proceeding above 57, of full pcwcr.

Implicit in the above requirements is the assumption that NRC requests for any additicnal information en the above matters will be answered in 1 -

1 1/2 weeks.
