dated November 18, 1980.
Dear Mr. Keppler:
In our letter (Reference 1), we notified you of possible abnormal degradation discovered in fuel cladding during reactor refueling.
Further investigation has been completed and it was determined the fuel cladding on assemblies 2-37 and 2-50 was not degraded abnenrally.
Therefore, we would like to withdraw the notification of Reportable Occurrence No. 80-12 in Reference 1 since no reportable occurence exists.
