DPR-33 Tennessee Valley Authority DPR-52 Browns Ferry DPR-68 Based on the NRC inspection August 1-31, 1980, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below. These items have been categorized as described in correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
Technical Specification 3.11.B.4 requires in part that a continuous fire watch shall be established immediately if the carbon dioxide (CO ) fire 2
protection system is lost to a cable spreading room.
i Contrary to the above, on August 5, 1980 from approximately 11:00 a.m.
to 11:45 a.m., a continous fire watch was not provided for the cable spreading rooms for Units 1, 2 and 3 while the CO2 system was inoperable for repairs.
This is an infraction.
