Dear Mr. O'Reilly:

In our letter of August 27, 1980, Serial No. N0-80126, we committed in Item 3 to perform the required testing of the Emergency Notification System in conjunction with Periodic Test 12.1.1, Diesel Generator Actual Load Test, during the scheduled Fall,1960, maintenance outage. Due to system load demand and the need to build up coal supplies depleted during the summer period when both Brunswick units were down, this outage has been rescheduled for Spring, 1981. All required testing for IE Bulletin 80-15 will be completed during this outage.
