Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
On July 7,1980, Florida Power Corporation submitted a response to Items 1, Za, and 3 of the subject Bulletin 80-11.
Since the submittal of July 7,1980, FPC staff has been working with Gilbert Associates, Inc., on the required report on Item 2b of the bul-letin. Because this report requires review with FPC Nuclear Engineering personnel, it has been determined that we will require until Novem-ber 20,1980, to complete the response to the bulletin.
