O 7590-01 UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY ComISSION DOCVETS NOS. 50-313 AND 50-368 ARKANSAS POWER & LIGHT COI'PANY NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENTS TO FACILITY OPEPATING LICENSES The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission (the Comission) has issued Amendments Nos. 47 and 17 to Facility Operating Licenses Nos. DPR-51 and NPF-6, issued to Arkansas Power & Light Company (the licensee), which revised the Technical Specifications for operation of Arkansas Nuclear One Units Nos.

I and 2 (ANO-l&2) located in Pope County, Arkansas.

The amndrents are effec-tive as of the date of issuance.

The amendments modify the ANO-l&2 Appendices A and B Technical Specifi-cations dealing with Arkansas Power & Light Coreany management organization structure.

The acplication for the amendments complies with the standards and require-men s of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Comis-ston's rules and regulations. The Comission has made apprcpriate findings as required by the Act and the Comission's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set fortn in the license amendments. Prior public notice of these amendments was not required since the amendments do not involve a significant hazards consideration.

The Comission has detemined that the issuance of these amendments will not result in any significant environmental impact and that pursuant to 10 CFR 651.5(d)( *) an environmental impact statement or negative declaration and environ-mental ir~ pact aporaisal need not be prepared in connection with issuance of these amendments.

C. and at the Arkansas Polytechnic College, Russellville, Arkansas. A copy of items (2) and (3) may be obtained upon request addressed to the U. S. Nuclear Regt.' itory Comission, Washington, D. C.
