During the scheduled outage to commence no later than October 31, 1972, Yankee shall install 22 duplicate control rods.
Control rods in core positions No. 17 and No. 21 shall not be replaced during this outage since these two control rods were replaced in early 1972 during the core IX-X refueling outage.
