This supplement modifies Proposed Change No. 117, Supplement No. 5 l
in response to the requirements of Branch Technical Position EICSB-18.
1.
Paragraph No.1(1)a. of Supplement No. 5 is changed to read as follows:

The physical modifications described above will be reviewed and implemented in accordance with approved Yankee Atomic Electric Company Quality Assurance procedures.
This Proposed Change has been reviewed by the Nuclear Safety Audit and Review Committee.
We trust thic information meets with your approval; however, should you desire additional information, feel free to contact us.
- Breaker may be replaced and valve opened for recirculating SI tank following make up (administrative control), for a maximum of 60 minutes.
SIAS over-rides and closes valve.
