Specifications of Facility License No. DPR-3 pursuant to the
[r ~ 1 provisions of Section 50.59, 10 CFR 50.
The proposed change FW would authorize Yankee to perform a test to determine the effect of operation at power with both boric acid and ammonium h., =
hydroxide present in the reactor primary coolant system water at the same time.
We have reviewed the proposed change and have found that it does not present significant hazards considerations not de-scribed or implicit in the hazards summary report, and that there is reasonable assurance that the health and safety of the public will not be endangered. A copy of our related i
hazards analysis is enclosed.
In view of the foregoing, pursuant to Section 50.59, 10 CFR 50, the Technical Specifications of Facility License No. 'DPR-3 i
are amended as follows:
