In response to Reference (b) regarding the inservice inspection progran at cur facility, we are submitting the following infercation y

Yankee Rowe Atc=ic Power Station is scheduled to enter its next 40 conth inservice inspection period on December 2, 1977, fs We plan to submit an acendront request to our technical specifications

.g' c y Several questions were raised due to your requirements for an inferratien submittal to be previded along with our technical speci-ricatien change. This submittal was to separately identify the specific AS".E Code requirement that is i= practicable for each affected cerpenent. After telephone centunicatiens with yourself and your Mr. Jack Weteore, our questions were mutually resclved such that the submittal will be a general review of the Section XI e :anination categories and the respective areas in our facility where exarinations are deered irpracticable to the extent possible prior to the actual examinatiens.
In the event other areas are identified as also being impracticable, these will be identified as necessary in the tenth year sub-ittal required by Reference (c).
This letter should provide a satisfactory response to your requests.
