Thank you for your letter of May 20, 1980, in response to our letter dated April 17, 1980. As a result of our review, we find that additional infonnation, as discussed with you during a telephone call on May 30, 1980, is needed.
Specifically, your answer to deviation A does not address the failure to include the tamporary attachment operation on the FCL for airlock 303L, as required by your QA Manual, Section 13, subpara-graph 13.1.1.
Please provide this additional information within twenty (.20) days in order that we may complete our review in a timely manner.
