SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 - INFRACTION 50-327/80-26 TESTING ALARMS ONCE EVERY SEVEN DAYS This is in response to W. B. Kenna's letter dated July 28, 1980, RII:WJT 50-327/80-26, concerning activities at the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant which appeared to have been in violation of NRC regulations.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(d), activities involving safeguards and security measures are exempt from public disclosure; therefore, our enclosed response is requested to be withheld from public disclosure.
