1 The Commission's Office of the Controller has been authori;.ed to refund the Class III ($4,000) license amendment fee for Peach Bottom 2 which was sent on July 30, 1980, in connection with your application dated July 28, 1980, relating to the maximum permissible water temperature in the containmen,t suppression pool.
Based on the information provided by the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation staff, it has been determined that the July 28 request is supplemental in nature to your request dated August 1, 1978, for Units 2 and 3 for which Classes III and I fees were paid.
The refund will be sent within approximately two weeks.
