MOTION FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO MAKE COMMENTS ON THE SCOPE OF THE PROPOSED ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT Comes now the intervenor-to-be Randy Aronov and, on his own behalf cnd on behalf of other interested parties moves the U.S.

Nuclear Regulatory Control Commission to grant a 2 month ex-tension of time in which to make comments on the scope of the proposed environmental inpact in the above-captioned application.

As grounds therefore, the intervonor-to-be shown unto the Commission the following:

1.

At the scoping meeting of Thursday night, March 27, 1980 in Prattville, Alabama it was stated by W.T. Crow of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Division of Fuel Cycle and Material Safety, 396-ss, Washington, D.C. that the propose; April 3 and April 7, 1980 deadlines were incorrect ard that comments could actually be made up until the time the licensing application is completed. Such a comment created confusion on the part of many people attending the meeting.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the intervenor-to-be, Randy Aranov, prays that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission will grant him and other interested parties a 2 month extension of time in which to make comments on the scope of the proposed environmental impact statement in the above-captioned application.
