In reference to our letter of February 5, 1980, this letter is to provide update information concerning admittance of Region III personnel to your facilities. indicates Region III personnel for-whom permanent non-employee, no escort required picture badges, as authorized by 10 CFR 73.55(d)(5),
are requested. Region III personnel listed in Enclosure 2 are requested to be badged for unescorted access in the protected area only. The information contained in the enclosures is effective upon receipt.
