Dear fir. Robbins:
Your letter dated May 9,1920, to Chairman Ahearne in which ycu transmitted a paper regarding the impacts of the Bailly facility on the Indiana Dunes flational Lakeshore, has been referred to this office.
In your letter, you request that the co=.issien inquire further, utilizing the hearing process, into the matters raised in the paper prepared by the Lake liichigan Federation.
Inasmuch as there will be a hearing which may inquire into the matters you raise, it would be inappropriate fer the Chaiman to respond in light of our
