Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Inservice Inspection Owner's Data Report The enclosed Owner's Data Report for Inservice Inspection Form NIS-1, submitted for your information only, is in accordance with Sub-Article IWA-6220 of ASME Section XI with the exception of the authorized inspector's signature. This form will be resubmitted upon receipt of the signature. The NIS-1 Form describes the TMI-I Pump and Valve Testing Program which is conducted continuously per the requirements of Sub-Sections IWP and IWV of the code. For pump and valve testing reporting purposes, Met-Ed considers an inservice inspection is completed upon the exit of the Authorized Nuclear Inspector. The exit interview with the Authorized Nuclear Inspector for the Pump and Valve Testing Program was conducted on 4/30/80.
The period of testing that this report describes starts from the end of the previous examination on 3/9/79 to 1/30/80. On 1/30/80, Met-Ed submitted a new revised valve testing progran to the NRC..The enclosed report does not describe this new program.
In accordance with Sub-Article IWA-6220 of ASME Secticn XI, a later NIS-1 Form will address the new revised valve testing program. Also, the enclosed report does not address Class 1, 2 and 3 pressure boundary examinations. The NIS-1 Form for these examinations will be submitted 90 days af ter completion of the examination.

- 10. Abstract of Examinations.
The TMI-1 Pump and Valve Testing Program is -:onducted in accordance with Met-Ed's submittal to the NRC (GQL 0781 dated August 17,1977). This program was granted interim approval by the NRC on December 20, 1977.
In accordance with 10CFR 50.55a, the submittal is based upon ASME Section XI.
The object of the Pump and Valve Testing Program is to assure the operational readiness of these selected pump and valves.
- 11.. Abstract of Conditions Notes. Attachment A describes the conditions noted and corrective measures taken. All the components listed on Attachment A are class 3.
There were no class 1 or 2 components that required correc-tive measures during this report period.
