TO BE LOCATED NEAR PRATTVILLE, ALABAMA MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE OF PRE-HE ARING CONFERENCE Comes now Intervenor David L. Allred and moves the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board for a 90-day Continuance of the pre-hearing conference scheduled in this matter and as grounds therefor states as follows:
1.
During a conference call on July 17, 1980, John Wolf, Chairman, Atomic Safety and Licensing Board, stated that a pre-hearing conference in this matter would be tentatively scheduled for August 21, 1980. in the Prattville-Montgomery area.
Mr. Wolf stated that official notification of the time, place and date of the pre-hearing conference would be sent to all parties as soon as final decision was made.

On Friday, August 8, 1980, during a telephone con-versation with Sherwin Turk, Legal Staf f, NRC, Mr. Turk 1
refered to an order which has been entered in this matter setting the pre-hearing conference at 10:00 A.M.
on August 21, 1980, at the Federal Building in Montgomery.

As of August 13, 1980, intervenor has not' received a ecpy cf any order entered in this case or any.ott.or notice of the proposed. pre-hearing ~ conference other than the E^atement1of Mr. Turk.
Intervenor Allred also has been 1

Saf e Energy A lliance of. Central. Alabama, Ir;c., (SEACA) that no order'or other' notice of the proposed pre-hearing conference has been served or give'n to SEACA.
Attorney Mcphillips stated that Intervenor Allred's information concerning time, place and date of'the proposed hearing was the only information he had concerning the pre-hearing confere..ce other than the July 117,.1980, conference call.

and unable to attend the proposed pre-h:aring conference if such conference is held August 21, 1950.
Since Intervencr will be unavailable for a pre-hearing conf ert ice on August 21, 1980, and no official notice of such conferer*e has'bsen given to or served upon Intervenor, he res:s;tfttly requests a 90 day continuance of the pre-hearing conference.
