MEMO TO FILES CONSUMERS POSER e

t At 2:00 p.m. today Myran'M. Cherry, counsel for the intervenors, called to inquire regarding the status of the Consumers Power and intervenors motions.

I informed him that they had not yet been acted.upon and I would tell him as soon as they had been.

He then alleged then that Consumers Power was engaging in con-struction activity of some nature invciving the 3echtel Cor-poration, which he regarded as prejudicial to the matters before the Commission.

I responded that I did not believe it appropriate to accept such charges over the telephone and asked that he specify his complaints in. writing.
