This is in regard to your letter dated April 7,1981, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, "all rules, regulations, actions, submissions to Congress, memorandum, correspondence and all other materials produced or received by the NRC as a result of or germane to" specified sections of the NRC Appropriation Authorization.
As Linda Robinson and you agreed during a telephone conversation on April 15, 1981, we are enclosing a memorandum dated February 18, 1981, from Thomas A. Rehm to Frederick Combs, "FY 80 Authorizaton Bill", for your consideration in clarifying for us the scope of your request.
The memorandum provides the status of NRC activities under each section of the Act and notes particular records that have been created under various requirements of the Act.
Records created under Section 305 are available through the Government Printing Office Sales Program, Division of Technical Information and Document Control, U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC 20555.
The cost of the records, as noted below, is payable in advance.
