Level switch 2-LS-85-45A setpoint was found to be 51.5 gallons (open on rise) while performing SI 4.1.A-B.

The T.S. limit is 2.50 gallons.

Conditions Prior to Occurrence:

Unit 1 @ 94%

LMt 2 @ 100I Unit 3 @ 100%

Action specified in the Technical Specification Surveillance Requirements met due to inoperable equipment. Describe.

Analysis of Occurrence:

There was no damage to plant equipment. There was no activity release, no personnel exposure or injury and no danger to the health or safety of the public.

Corrective Action

t Recalibrated the Robertshaw Model SL-305-EI-I and tested for repeatability. This r-switch will be replaced with an analog switch on DCR 1398.
