Gentlemen:
Enclosed are six (6) copies each of replacement pages for the subjec: document. These pages, L1-2.and 1.1-3, replace pages I.1-2, I.1-3, and L1-4.in the original document.
The change was necessary to eliminate the Nuclear Applications Building as a Con-trolled Access Area. IRT will not use this building as an experimental area.
The License Fee Branch has informed me that this is not a revision or amendment to the document since it has not been evaluated or approved at this time. Consequently, there are no markings on the new pages to indicate a revision.
