Following receipt of your letter of February 20, 1981, Georgia Power Company reviewed our letter of September 15, 1980, which proposed Technical Specifications for certain items related to TMI-2 Lessons Learned Category "A".
Our review indicates that of the four items addressed in our letter, only two items were identified as requiring changes to the existing Technical Specifications; safety /r.211ef valve position indication and Shift Technical Advisor.
It, therefore, appears that our initial determination of amendmmt classes as Class III for one unit and Class I for the other may have been in error and instead should have been considered as two Class III and two Class I amendments.
Accordingly, please find enclosed a check for an additional $4,400 for the second Class III and Class I amendment.
