Gentlemen:
Thank you for your letter of March 6,1981, informing us of steps you have
taken to correct the items of violations concerning activities under NRC
Operating License No. DPR-67 brought to your attention in our letter of
February 13, 1981. We will examine your corrective actions and plans during
subsequent inspections.
We note in your response to finding B, relating to control of Keys, Locks
and Combinations, that a revision to your security plan is being submitted to
clarify the intent and application of the phrase " terminated for cause" as
stated in the security plan.
In this regard, the finding will remain open
pending review of referenced revision by the Physical Security Licensing
Branch, Office of Nuclear Materials Safety and Safeguards.
