SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 2 - ENVIRONMENTAL QUALIFICATION OF SAFETY-RELATED ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT - SQRD-50-328/81 THIRD LYTERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector R. W. Wright cri December 8,1980, in scoordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR SQN EEB 8044R1. Interia reports were submitted on January 8 and February 12, 1981. We expect to submit our next report by April 3,1981.

TVA is still continuing its investigation of the ASCO Model HTI8320A22Y solenoids in the Radiation Monitoring System to determine whether the subject valves should be either repaired, relocated, or replaced.
