DUKE POWER COMP 7,7 MCGUIRE NUCLEAR STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 Supplemental Response to Significant Deficiency Report SD 369/80-18, 370/80-13 Defective Coils--Valcor Solenoid Valves The number and location of valves which are in safety-related systems are provided in Table 1.
Valcor solenoid valves located in the systems required for fuel loading will have their coils replaced with coils of a new design prior to January 9, 1981.
Coils will be replaced in the remaining Valcor solenoid valves by June 1, 1981.
