Dear Mr. Cooney:
We received your request for pennission to record conversations on the dedicated telephone line connecting Peach Bottom to the NRC Operations Center in Bethesda, Maryland.
Although we have no objection to your recording phone conversations on this line, we do require that you submit a detailed description of how you propose to accom-plish this task (list of equipment to be used, security safeguards, method of meeting FCC requirements, etc.) prior to installation. Your description should include an evaluation which assures us that your equipment will not interfere with our use of the system (degradation of voice quality, interference with data collection,etc.).
