Units I and 2 Significant Deficiency Report SD 369/80-17, 370/80-12 operction of E-nax eptical isolator parc number 175C141. addressed the improper It has recently boca deteruined that E-::x isolator part number 175C115 is cubject to the c re nalfunction.
The single channel isolators,175c115 and 175C141, vill be changed out with icolator part number 175C146. The replacement isolators have adequate current capacity to correct the deficiency. The cchedules for completing the change out of cil isolators are as stated in the original report.
