Mave the torque curves in Enclosure 2 been reviewed by Bettis to confirm that the torque rating of the operators are not exceeded at any position in the stroke?

Provide confirmation that the operator torque output at the seating position is sufficient to overcome combined seating and bearing torque developed.

Provide the maximum combined torsional shear stress plus direct shear stress developed in the shafts and the corresponding safety factors.

Provide the safety factors that are inherent in the design of the shaft to disc pins.

Describe the extent to which the pilot solenoid valves are environmentally and seismically qualified.
