NARRATIVE rep 0RT UNIT 1 Nov. 1st Unit limited to 80% thermal power by m'anagement Nov. 1st At 21:45 reduced load to perform a rod sequence; returned to management limitations at 08:00 on 801103.

Nov. 3rd Unit limited to 80% thermal power by ' man a g e.,e n t Nov. 5th At 16:10 "A" recire pump tripped; unit returned to management limitation at 21:30 on 801105.

Cause and corrective action reported on LER 50-321/1980-116.

Nov. 5th Unit limited to 80% thermal power by management Nov. 9th At 00:35 reduced load in order to perform weekly turbine test; unit returned to manageuent limitation at 01:47 on 801109.

Nov. 9th Unit limited to 80% thermal power by management Nov. 10th At 07:50 Rx auto scram due to MSIV closure while performing HNP-1-SRV-03005 Nov. 10th Unit on startup ramp from above shutdown; Rx critical at 19:50 and generator on line at 03:00 on 801111. Unit returned to management limitation at 07:00 on 801112.

Nov. 12th Unit limited to 80% thermal power by management Nov. 14th At 22:20 reduced load in order to perform a rod pattern adjustment and a weekly turbine rest; unit returned to management limitations at 05:00 on 801115.
