James A. Fit: Patrick Nuclear Power Plant Docket No. 50-333 Inservice Inspection Summary Report
Dear Sir:
This submittal consist of 5 copies of the James A.
Fit: Patrick Inservice Inspection Summary Report for the Spring /
Summer 1980 outage.
The report contains two major items of work:
- 1) the results of the component, weld and pipe support examinations conducted in accordance with the James A. Fitz-Patrick Inservice Inspection Program, and 2) the results of the inservice inspection of the reactor pressure vessel in-ternals, core spray sparger, and jet pump beams.
All results are acceptable in accordance with the ASME Code,Section XI.
The report has been reviewed by Authority personnel and the authorized inspector from Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company.
The approval of both plant management and the authorized inspector is shown on the NIS-1 l
data form.
