Pursuant to Section 50.59 of the Commission's Regulations, Yankee Atomic Electric Ccepany hereby requests to make the following change:

DESCRIPTION CF CHANGE: Change Paragraph D.2.e (4) to rea.1 as follows gp g
"The Low Pressure Safety Injegtion Accumulator shall have a minimum N
b usable water volume of 700 ft and a minimum nitrogen overpressure of 410 psig."
SAFETY CCNSIDERATIONS: None, since this merely incorporates in the Technical Specifications present plant requirements. This proposed change has been reviewed by the Nuclear Safety Audit and Review Committee.
SCHEDULE OF CHANGE: The requirement of a minimum accumulator usable water volume of 700 ft was incorporated in plant operating guidelines with AEC approval of our Change 97, April 14, 1972.i ff 10'91 8011250
