Dear Mr. Mattimoe:
I Your above reference letter indicated that SMUD's request for access to private land for positioning of TLD environmental monitors had been denied, i
and requested advice un possible resolutions to the problem.
I As previously discussed on the telephone, we are in agreement that relocating the TLD monitors to the Meiss Road in lieu of the ranch location is acceptable.
One set of TLDs should be placed at the junction of the ranch access road and the Meiss Road, and the other TLD set should be placed at the junction of an unfinished road and the Meiss Road approximately in the center of the NNE 1
l sector.
Please provide us with a copy of a drawing showing your environmental moni-toring TLD locations that reflect the above change.
