Dear Mr. Eisenbut:
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.59, the Sacramento Municipal Utility District proposed to amend its operating license, DPP-54, for Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station No 1, by submitting Proposed Amendment lio. 68 Revision 1 on November 14; 1980. Today, we are submitting forty (40) copies of Proposed Amendment No. 63 Revision I which shows the changes we are pro-posing. Under this cover, we will be providing payment for this submittal, as required per 10 CFR 170. This amendment has been determined to be Class 111 since the issues have been clearly identified by NCR position. A payment of $4,000 is enclosed.
The specific changes involved in this proposal include all items-submitted to you in Proposed Amendment No. 68 on June 15, 1980 and the September 25, 1980 letter f rom Robert Reid.
Inconsistancies between the two documents have been resolved between R. Colombo and M. Padovan via several telephone conversations.
Revision 1 is the compilation of the letters and agreements.
Mr. R. Colombo, on my staff at Rancho Seco, will clarify and answer any questions concerning this proposal.
